Welcome to Nocona Hills
Nocona Hills Residential Community is located on the east shore of Lake Nocona, nine miles northeast of the city of Nocona Texas.
This Lake side community contains some 1500 acres of land with about 500 home sites (most sites are one & two acres or more), a private lake of 50 acres. It has over 30 miles of roads, and water, electric, High Speed Internet, & telephone service to each site.
Nocona Hills has its own water supply system. Owned and operated by the property owners. It provides water to all building sites. Nocona Hills also has a 3,000 foot landing strip with hanger sites; a volunteer Fire Department and Security Entry Gate. A Gate guard is on duty 24 – hours a day/with recorded surveillance and log in info on all guests and visitors, No one enters or exits the community without a check by the guard. It also handles all emergency calls and directs calls to the proper authorities.
Nocona Hills offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in which to live and play, at a nominal cost. Each new property owner quickly becomes a part of the family, so be prepared to live the “good life” in the country when you join the family.
